Jazz education was evolving, but existing fake books failed to meet the needs of contemporary musicians. Two students, driven by their frustration with outdated resources, sought to create a modern fake book that reflected the current jazz scene. With the help of a supportive teacher, they embarked on a mission to produce a resource that would truly resonate with aspiring jazz musicians.
