Origins of Beer
The earliest evidence of beer brewing dates back to around 11,000 BCE in Israel, where ancient peoples utilized barley and wheat in their fermentation processes. While the beer of that era would be unrecognizable to modern palates, traditional brewing methods still exist today in various parts of Africa and South America.
