I've been following the advice to set the thermostat to 65 degrees for optimal sleep, expecting to sleep better. However, my wife and I have been waking up around 3 or 4 a.m. when we normally wake up at 7 or 8 a.m. because we've been too cold. We've been sleeping with just a sheet and a thin quilt. Is the recommendation to sleep at 65 degrees assuming you have heavier blankets? What should we do if we're waking up cold at that temperature?
