I compete in armwrestling competitions throughout the Midwest, and you guys have talked about armwrestling a few times on the podcast. I am currently on TRT, and due to a lack of training consistency, I have put on about 30lbs of weight, which I believe is mainly body fat. I have recently started making it my goal to stay consistent with three workout sessions, armwrestling-based, over the last four weeks. Now, my main struggle since being on TRT is dropping weight for competition. I used to walk around at around 160lbs, and now I'm pushing close to 190lbs. I'd like to compete at 154lbs. I know my diet is key here, but let's say I can cleanly get down to around 165lbs consistently. How would you recommend doing a water cut like MMA fighters do to get down to 154lbs? Thanks, guys! Love the podcast.
