What would you consider more healthy: Eating eggs, bacon, and vegetables (no carbs) at 12:00, eating some oats and Greek yogurt at 16:00, and having dinner at 19:00 where the dinner is 1/3 meat, 1/3 carbs, and 1/3 vegetables? Or dropping the bacon and adding some carbs to lunch next to the eggs and adding more protein to other meals? I also fast from 20:00 in the evening to 12:00 the next day. My priority for food is studying and health, which is why I haven't eaten any carbs at lunch, so I don't feel sleepy. But I'm thinking of adding a little bit of carbs. What is your take on this?
