Agile Implementation Challenges

My boss came into the organization from another organization and has no background in our organization’s culture, work processes, or policies. They are often frustrated with the state of affairs, and I’m constantly explaining why things are the way they are and that these issues are organizational problems. This results in them thinking that I’m not open to change or critical of their approach. What I have observed is that their lack of experience in the organization, combined with their frustrations, results in them oversimplifying work processes and placing too much expectation on employees who don’t have the capacity to meet those expectations. It’s reckless management, and now I’m tired of helping them because they don’t listen. It feels like a tornado. How should I handle this situation?
