There are so many serendipitous moments that you have that you have to take advantage. You know, had I not stood on that threshold, who knows? I would be a speech therapist or something.

I think I was in a really comfortable rut in Bowdoin because I had been there for so long and it was automatic. And so this is exciting for me. But also I want to listen and learn and not change things that don't need to be changed.
