Mining Price Sensitivity

Miners often claim they are price sensitive, but the reality is more complex, with some continuing operations even at extremely high prices. While they participate in demand response, their flexibility is limited, and they primarily act as new loads on the system. Additionally, their ability to resell power back to the grid during high price periods does not equate to generating value; it merely reflects a choice to avoid harm.
