LNG and Shipping Fuels

While it can reduce emissions by about 25% compared to heavy fuel oil, addressing methane slip is crucial to maximizing its benefits. Although LNG serves as a transition fuel, it does not lead to zero emissions, highlighting the need for further advancements in decarbonizing shipping.
