Eli Strait explains that the Velcro podcast episodes are a space for them to explore topics more freely, without replacing the regular podcast 1. Mike Shade reassures listeners that they won't miss out on the main content if they choose not to follow the Velcro episodes, as the main podcast will continue as planned. This approach allows them to cater to different audience preferences while maintaining the core essence of their show.
