- I'm following Maps Symmetry and I'm on phase 3. Phase 3 has me performing 3 workout days and 3 trigger session days. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule and young kids, I typically train only on Saturdays and Sundays at 6 AM, along with currently training on Wednesday at 3:30 AM. My only training time during the week has to be done by 5 AM for me to make it to work on time. I go to bed at 10 PM. I know I'm supposed to perform trigger sessions, but on weekdays, would it make more sense for me to prioritize my sleep?
