Solving Space Travel

Tim explains that while there are challenges to longterm space travel such as bone density loss and radiation, they are solvable. Artificial gravity is one solution and can be achieved by tethering two vehicles together and spinning them. The first mission to Mars may require this solution to prevent a "crippled crew."
