I went from eating 2400 calories to maybe about 500 to 700 calories a day. I just want to bounce back to where I was at. I weighed myself this morning on the same Bioimpedance scale I always use, and it says that I’ve lost a lot of weight. Additionally, 6 lbs of the 10-15 lbs lost was muscle. My body fat went from 14.3% to 13.1%, and my muscle mass went from 140.2 lbs to 133.8 lbs.
