    Educating Through Running

    Dinée uses her podcast as a platform to educate listeners about Indigenous issues and history through the lens of running. She emphasizes the importance of recognizing the lands we run on and the Indigenous nations that have historically stewarded them 3. Dinée aims to create a space where Indigenous athletes can share their stories without the burden of over-explaining their culture, allowing them to focus on their experiences and connections to running 4.

    I actually want them to have the space to talk more about those running nerd elements, right. Their splits, their training, on top of themes around maybe land connection or their cultural heritage.
