Evolving Interview Techniques

Families initially experienced in-person interviews, but methods have evolved significantly over the years. Now, interviews can last about 90 minutes and utilize a mix of telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions, all while being mindful of the burden placed on respondents. The shift to web interviews in 2021 has excited some participants, yet many still prefer traditional phone interviews.
