Predicting Job Transitions

Keyon Vafa discusses the different models used to predict an individual's next job, including the common Markov model and the bag of jobs model. He explains how their method goes beyond these models by using representations of individual jobs and histories, grouping workers with similar job trajectories to better predict their next job.
