Tintin Smith transitioned from a management consultant to a creative role, driven by a desire to escape a conventional career path. He was inspired by creators like Ali Abdaal and Gary Vee, realizing that consulting wasn't his long-term goal 1. "I was more scared of never doing the thing that I wanted to do or never doing the kind of scary thing than I was of failing," he reflects 4. Role Development

After joining Ali Abdaal's team, Tintin's role evolved significantly, starting as a course writer and eventually managing the YouTube channel. Initially, he worked on the Creatorpreneur brand, but shifted focus to support Ali's YouTube content 6. Tintin acknowledges the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, noting, "To operate at 100% all the time is super tiring" 7. Despite the intensity, he appreciates the growth opportunities and the dynamic nature of his role 8.
