Sleep and Alzheimer's
Matthew explains that getting less sleep at any age increases the risk of having higher amounts of Alzheimer's disease proteins in the brain. The risk reduction for those who get enough sleep is substantial, and there are different decades in life that are predictive for the two different proteins associated with Alzheimer's.
