How long does it take to be consistent in workouts?
I'm 35, a father of two beautiful girls, and I've been working as a mailman in a delivery service for the past year. I am 185 cm tall and weigh 96 kg, having previously weighed up to 155.6 kg a few years ago. Since then, I flipped my life upside down by changing my diet, tracking calories and macros, and building a solid home gym, where I train almost every day, 5 to 6 times per week. I've made good progress, but I feel like I've reached a plateau. That's why I bought your programs, and I hope this will help me further with my goals. I'm around 20% body fat and have always wanted to be between 12% and 15%, but it hasn't been easy to get there. I have a huge appetite despite eating 220 to 250 grams of protein and 2500 calories every day for the past two years. I have a lot of activity through my job, averaging 18,500 steps a day. Is it possible that I'm eating too little? Should I eat more now that I have started anabolic training, or should I stick to a deficit? I'm just a little afraid of getting much heavier. Hope you can help me out, and thanks for everything you guys do.
