I have a question about the episode Midlife Crisis? Why Life After 50 Could Be Your Best Years Yet | Chip Conley and the clip Cancer as Teacher. I'm 66 years old, I was a firefighter for 30 years, and I got prostate cancer. Now I have a benign cyst on my left kidney, and I'm trying to get rid of it. I eat whole foods and try to eat organic as much as I can. I have a reverse osmosis system in my house for drinking water. I saw the podcast about the Baja Gold salt, and I've been using it, but I didn't know to use it in the morning as you suggest. I just got a red light therapy mat, and I’ve been doing the Wim Hof breathing for about a month and a half, and I love it. How can I optimize my health with these practices?
After having a severe case of COVID in 2020, I've been having a hard time breathing. Anytime I walk up the steps, driveway, or do my morning walk, it's very difficult to breathe, and I have to fight it all the time. I've had every test, x-ray, and scan done, including a heart catheterization last month, and everything came out clean and healthy. I just had a urine test done and am waiting on the results as they are going to look for mold poisoning. I was wondering if you could think of anything else it could be. I love to go hiking, but I can't do it anymore without gasping for air and stopping all the time. Please let me know what you think.
