Atoms in Our Bodies

Atoms that make up our bodies have existed since the beginning of the universe, traveling through stars and living beings before becoming part of us. As we eat and breathe, these atoms are continuously incorporated into our bodies, which undergo a replacement cycle roughly every ten years. Different parts of our bodies, such as red blood cells and skin, change at varying rates, leading to the intriguing notion that we are, in a sense, constantly becoming different versions of ourselves.
