What does Sal Di Stefano recommend regarding running the MAPS Anabolic program for a year in the episode 951: How to Fix Squat Imbalances, MAPS Programming Revealed, Greatest Mentors & MORE and the clip Training Approaches Explored?
Thank you so much for all the helpful information you've given me in the past. I finally started Anabolic and love love love it! I love the format, the phases, and the shorter times! Everything. I'm training for sprint triathlons; I've completed 2 in the past year and really enjoyed the experience, so I'm keeping at it, with a very long-term goal of increasing the distance when time/life allows. Strength training is still VERY important to me, so I'm working to ensure I maintain a strong base while I incorporate a good deal of cardio. I'm doing 2 days/week strength training, which right now means Anabolic foundation 2x week. I've been sporadic about fitting in a trigger session here and there. I recall from past episodes that the guys recommend just doing 1-2 foundation days per week for this kind of schedule. Does that mean they would not encourage fitting in the trigger days on non-strength training days? Or would it still be good if I can fit it in?
