I joined the gym and while I would ultimately love to lose fat, I set my goal to increasing strength first within the app they provide. It plans weekly strength workouts for me. Is that a good starting point? I usually walk for about 10 minutes, do mobility for 3-5 minutes, then 26 minutes of strength training, followed by 10 minutes of light cardio, and finally 3-5 minutes of stretching. It's only been a week, and I go to the gym 3 times a week.
