I have been doing Sal's 3-1 method, and it's worked great up until this past week. I think it's because a lot came up. I picked up a week's worth of work with my dad's girlfriend, lifting heavy boxes and carrying heavy trash bags. While on the job, I couldn't really control how many calories I was taking in, and that was on top of the stress of the job. My sleep also took a toll; I only got 5-6 hours of sleep two nights in a row, so that probably contributed to it.
