How should I approach the situation with my manager at work who often interrupts me and doesn't allow me to explain myself during presentations?

She rarely gives me the space to explain and often asserts herself in the middle of presentations without letting me continue. While it's useful in some ways, it's also frustrating. What should I do to handle this situation better?
