I sleep between 3:30 - 4 am in the morning because I have to work late on my studies and wake up at 9 am. To balance this, I take afternoon naps lasting between 60-90 minutes. I do this because I work very effectively at night, and this schedule suits me. However, I do feel grogginess between 9 pm - 11 pm and sometimes throughout the day.
