My lower inner chest is bigger on my left side than my right, but my upper and middle chest is bigger on my right side than my left. It gives the appearance that my pecs are totally different shapes. I'm planning on doing more incline presses on my left side to help catch that side up. Should I be doing more decline movements to catch my right lower chest up, or will this cause more asymmetry?
