I’m in the process of putting together a TV docu-series with daughters of huge soul music artists, where they decide whether to have their parent’s AI avatars made. I'm on the side of them absolutely owning that IP before someone else inevitably does. I’m watching your AI Reset episode right now, and it's bringing up questions that have been stewing in the back of my brain. Will AI/avatars bring chaos, Utopia, or something in between? If I talk these women into having avatars made of their parents, am I contributing to a “singular” event or to possible chaos? What am I doing? Should I be doing it? I really want to talk with someone outside my bubble and get another perspective.
