I train 4 times a week, twice for hypertrophy and twice for strength. Each training session focuses on either the upper body or lower body. In every training session, I perform 4-5 sets per exercise, and I do 4-5 exercises per training session. That means I'm only doing 5-10 sets per week for upper body hypertrophy. Is that enough for hypertrophy?
