I am on the last phase of the MAPS Aesthetic program, and I did the entire program without being in a deficit. I was eating around maintenance and slightly in a surplus. My body fat has visibly changed, and I can see more muscular development, but the number on the scale hasn’t really changed at all. If anything, I might have gone down a couple of pounds. Is that a good sign?
