Rise of the Red Baron

Richthoven emerged as Germany's most successful fighter pilot, racking up kills and earning the prestigious Blue Max. His decision to paint his plane red not only made him a recognizable figure but also inspired his squadron to adopt similar colors. Despite serious injuries and declining reactions, he continued to fly, becoming a symbol of German morale until his fateful end in April 1918.
