Lunar Mission Legacy

The Apollo missions, while groundbreaking, left much of the moon unexplored, as no landings occurred in craters. Despite the cancellation of several missions, equipment was preserved and displayed in museums across the U.S. The last humans walked on the moon in 1972, and now, with the Artemis project, there’s hope for a return by 2025, reigniting the dream of lunar exploration.
