Eurozone and Schengen

The eurozone consists of EU countries that adopted the euro, but not all EU members participate. Countries like the UK, Denmark, and Sweden opted to retain their currencies, while several Eastern European nations are still outside the eurozone. Additionally, the Schengen agreement facilitates free travel across 27 member states, allowing for seamless movement akin to traveling between US states.
