Trials of Treason

Axis Sally, a notorious wartime broadcaster, faced trial for treason after her propaganda efforts during WWII. Despite her defense of coercion and constitutional protection, she was found guilty for a specific broadcast just before D-Day. In contrast, the trial of Tokyo Rose proved more complex, lacking the same level of incriminating evidence, ultimately resulting in a much weaker conviction.
