Early Life

Temüjin, later known as Genghis Khan, was born in 1162 in the Khentii Mountains, a region characterized by nomadic tribes with a lifestyle centered around livestock. These tribes, unlike other civilizations, had no permanent settlements and relied heavily on their herds for sustenance and wealth 1. According to legend, Temüjin's birth was marked by a blood clot in his fist, symbolizing his destined greatness. Unification
