Understanding Biases

It's not enough to simply educate people about biases; awareness alone doesn't change behavior. Instead, understanding the unconscious processes behind our judgments can lead to a more accurate self-perception of bias. By recognizing that many of our thoughts and decisions are automatic and influenced by hidden biases, individuals can begin to confront their own biases more honestly.
