When faced with a potential Ebola outbreak in a Liberian slum, Frank and Mosoka resort to creative tactics to test a woman known as drug mama, who shows symptoms of the virus. Their initial approach of deception backfires, prompting them to negotiate a bribe for her cooperation. With her test returning negative, they shift their focus to convincing the gang members that seeking treatment will keep them safe from police harassment.
