Aside from maintaining my weight, I want to get stronger without gaining weight. It’s a weird balance. I like to do Spartan sprints once a year and have goals like performing unassisted pull-ups. I had gotten to 3 pull-ups and then lost that ability, so I'm currently using bands again. I would love some tips on finding and keeping a balance.
