I have a question about this episode Episode 28: Melissa Navarro and this Thyroid Troubles. I am a 64-year-old female with Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism. I am tired of feeling fatigued, being in pain all over, experiencing brain fog, and feeling depressed because of my condition. I need guidance on how to change my situation. Levothyroxine does not seem effective. I've tried gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free diets and still feel the same. I cannot lose the extra weight I want to lose. I've seen an endocrinologist who prescribed Phentermine, but only basic labs were performed. Please help me or tell me who can assist me. Thank you. Shelly S.

How can I heal with Hashimoto's if my TSH, total and free T4, and total and free T3 levels are within the normal range due to taking Synthroid and Cytomel, and I eat healthy, monitor my calorie intake, and do over an hour of brisk walking five times a week, but I still continue to gain weight?
