Can you reduce breast size by working out? How best? By all means, I should be thankful that I was blessed, but I wish I had a more athletic look. Even when I drop 5 or 7% body fat, I don't think I've ever gone above 35% or below 25%. I can't seem to get below that, and I haven't seen any reduction in breast size.
