I have a question about this episode Episode 310: Ashlee Jones and this Weight Loss Journey. I'm a mom of two, and my youngest is about to turn 2. I cannot for the life of me lose the excess “baby weight” and trim down. My main goal is to continue building strength and lower my overall body fat percentage/improve my body composition. If anything, I’ve actually gained weight since the first year I was postpartum. What recommendations do you have for me?
Why am I not losing weight postpartum? I'm a woman who can’t lose more than 10 pounds when I really need to lose around 30 pounds. Does Gary Brecka have any tips?
I'm 5 months postpartum with my first child, and I breastfeed. I had a c-section and weighed around 155 before I got pregnant. I didn't gain any weight during my pregnancy, and since giving birth, I lost over 20lbs postpartum. I currently weigh around 130 but struggle with nutrition. I want to keep working out, but I feel like I'm going backwards because I don't think I'm eating enough. I have MAPS Starter, but I'm not sure if I should continue the program and work on my nutrition or focus on nutrition before I start working out. What should I do?
