I'm a mom of two, and my youngest is about to turn 2. I cannot for the life of me lose the excess “baby weight” and trim down. My main goal is to continue building strength and lower my overall body fat percentage/improve my body composition. If anything, I’ve actually gained weight since the first year I was postpartum.
Hi there. I'm a 31-year-old female living in Belgium. I'm a mom of a 4-year-old daughter, and ever since my pregnancy, I can't lose the final weight. I quit smoking before getting pregnant and started eating instead. After that, my pregnancy and labor were very hard on me, and I had to lay down for months, plus COVID happened. I gained a lot of weight, going from 70 to 106 kgs. After giving birth, I had several surgeries, and I struggle with chronic pain. I lost weight down to 75 kgs, but that's it. Every time I hit that 75 kg mark, I plateau for weeks on end and eventually quit, letting myself go (over and over again) up to 80 kg, starting the horrific cycle all over again. I've been doing that for three years now. I hit 12k steps easily on a daily basis, as I love walking the dog, and I do a fitness routine 2/3 times a week at the gym.
