Can you please help me get my blood sugar below 100 and my A1C to 4 or 5? My blood glucose was 153 after waking up on 2/11/25, and I began fasting at 6am on the same day. My last blood test in 10/2024 showed my A1C was 7. My diet is low to no sugar, low carb, high protein, and high fat. As of 2/14/25, I am at 70 hours of fasting, and my blood sugar is 155. I weighed 232 pounds on 2/11/25 and 219 pounds on 2/14/25.
I'm 17 and a type 1 diabetic struggling with a high HbA1c. I work in construction 6 days a week and really want to bring down my high blood glucose levels. I'm feeling lost on what steps I can take to improve my health. What advice would you give me to start improving my health?
As a 30-year-old male, type 1 diabetic taking Fiasp insulin via Omnipods coupled with a Dexcom G6, my A1C is 6.4. I eat fairly healthy and have started getting my whole family to eat healthier. I just had my yearly metabolic, lipid, and albumin panels done. All say they are abnormal. Here are the results: HDL-61, LDL-134, triglycerides-121, cholesterol-238, BUN/Creatinine ratio-14. Is there anything I should be concerned about? Much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
