My question is about hitting my goal weight of 185 lbs. With being on Wegovy, it’s really difficult to hit that. I’ve been hitting about 120g of protein per day regularly and consuming about 1300-1500 calories daily, but it’s a struggle to get the food down. Should I lower my Wegovy dose to be able to increase my food/protein intake, or is 120g of protein okay while on Wegovy?
I use the Renpho scale, which tracks visceral fat, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, protein, metabolic age, weight, and BMI. Which metrics are most important and what should I look for to see good results?
I'm 26 years old, 5'8", and weigh around 175lbs. I'm getting off of a GLP1 medication, Retatrutide, in the next 2 weeks. After I get off the Reta, I'm going to start bulking, but I've never known what my calorie intake should be, especially now after being on a lower weight. I want to keep a lean figure and get stronger and bigger without putting on extra unwanted fat or fluff. My goal is to reach 190-200lbs while staying strong and lean. What advice can you give me, and what should I be doing to reach my goals?
