How can I get back on track after a setback in my weight management journey?
Do you think I'm being wise with my weight loss plan? I did a cut from December to the middle of April and spent the summer in and out of maintenance, sometimes a little bit above and sometimes a little bit below my target weight. I am about 7 pounds away from my absolute goal, so I am doing a four-week more aggressive cut, even though I’ve been a little bit in and out of cuts all summer.
