Is it too late for me to increase my ability to walk for longer periods and gain some health back as a 75-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes, low ejection fraction, osteoporosis, a bad knee and hip, who had a stroke in 2018 and is severely overweight at 200 pounds (5'2")? I've eliminated sugar and nearly all processed foods from my diet, eating only fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meats, and wild-caught fish.
