Have you ever been prescribed steroids for an ailment and realized you felt better all over (aching joints suddenly ended) but when your prescription ran out, the initial injury being treated may have felt better, but all those aches that disappeared while on steroids returned? How do you treat this swelling without steroids?
Can you offer any advice for someone with neuroendocrine gastric carcinoma of the stomach, fatty liver syndrome, psoriatric arthritis, and Hashimoto's syndrome who is currently experiencing a flare-up of psoriasis, with severe stiffness in the neck, hands, and swollen ankles? I have been on 11 biologics, and they have all failed. I am the person with 1%. If there's going to be a problem, it's going to be me. I don't know if you can offer any advice, but I've watched many of your videos, and I was a medical professional for 40 years. I just can't believe that my body is failing at 64. Every physician I've gone to seems to lack understanding. I go between Boston and the Mayo Clinic now.
Please help. I went on steroids for pneumonia and noticed my ankles, knees, and feet no longer hurt when going up/down stairs. I ended the prescription, and I’m back to the awful aching in my legs when using stairs. I don’t look swollen, and I’m healthy otherwise. I’m 54, physically active, playing tennis 2-3 days a week and doing hardcore yoga that brings bodybuilders to a heavy sweat. I am considered obese, with a BMI of 33.
