After watching some of your videos, I am now concerned my days are numbered. I am diabetic, on many medications, and using three different types of insulin. I can't get my sugar levels down, and I am scared I don't have much time to do what I want in life. I am 61 years old. I also get shots in my back called bupivacaine. What can I do? My brother and sister, both with diabetes, passed away very young, neither making it past 65. Is there any hope for me? I got the red light therapy today and also started the breathing exercises, although I may not have done them right, as I didn't get light-headed. I am taking a lot of vitamins: Magnesium, Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1), Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), Omega-3 (Fish Oil), and Vitamin B12. I just need to add the D3 with K2.
