Is it too late for me to increase my ability to walk for longer periods and gain some health back as a 75-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes, low ejection fraction, osteoporosis, a bad knee and hip, who had a stroke in 2018 and is severely overweight at 200 pounds (5'2")? I've eliminated sugar and nearly all processed foods from my diet, eating only fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meats, and wild-caught fish. I still work full time from home and want to be healthier and more active. I appreciate your opinion.
I have been trying to do two full-body workouts a week, specifically the ones recommended on Mine Pump, but I'm having a hard time committing to one hour per night. I work 9½-hour days and I'm away from home for about 12 hours. Honestly, I have no more than 30 minutes to work out during the week. On the weekends, I could fit in one hour of routine. I have been working out for 14 years.

I will be going strong and seeing results, but then after a month of putting in the work, my body changes again on me. I used to weigh 126 pounds, and now I’m up to 138 pounds, and I just can’t get the weight off.
