    • When I was in high school, I snapped my tibia clean, and they put a metal rod in the bone from my knee to my ankle. That was 15 years ago. For the last couple of years, any time I do something high-impact, I experience really bad pain at the site of the injury, sometimes resulting in bruising or a limp for a few days. I'm curious if you might know why this happens and what things I can do to help alleviate the pain so I can at least run again.

    • I have had issues with my legs becoming weak and my joints hurting over the last 4 or 5 years, to the point where I lost my ability to walk and had to stop working at my job as a line worker with Verizon. I have gone to about 10 different doctors, but I still don't know what the problem is. I know you from videos with Joe Rogan and Dana White. I know how you have helped so many people, so I was just wondering if you could offer any advice or guidance.
